On Nov. 30, Lonebridge Ohio LLC purchased a commercial property at 1618 N. Water St., Decatur from David W. Brown for $440,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $3,770.32, 0.86% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2021, 10 properties sold in Decatur.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were nine registered voters residing at 1618 N. Water St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lana J. Rigg, 56, Donald E. Darby, 60, Tracy Y. Purnell, 51, Luther L. Whitfield, 61, Shantez Darnell Emery, 28, Vernita Parr, 65, Meschelea R. Livingston, 25, Willie Roy Ricks, 33, and Milton W. Barbee, 51.
