Joseph and Heather Sawyer acquires 2625 Jennifer Drive, Long Creek

On Nov. 24, Joseph and Heather Sawyer sold their home at 2625 Jennifer Drive, Long Creek to Cheick A. Savane for $185,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $3,943.68, 2.13% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $170,000 on Aug. 31, 2010.

So far in November 2021, two properties sold in Long Creek.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Joseph Michael Sawyer has been registered to vote since 2013. Heather L. Sawyer has been registered to vote since 2012 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
