On Nov. 19, Craig and Jamie Hunsicker purchased a home at 4178 Kraft Road, Mount Zion from Rodney Alan Co-Exr and Randey Lee Co-Exr Wall and Barbara J. Wall (deceased) for $193,500.

In 2017, the property tax paid for this property was $2,309.26, which is 1.19% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Mount Zion so far in November 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Barbara J. Wall (90) has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least nine primary elections, records show, including nine Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
