On Nov. 10, New Salem Baptist Church sold their property at 37 Allen Bend Drive, Decatur to Paul A. Lewis for $120,000.

This property last sold on Dec. 24, 2012 for $155,000.

This property is one of 10 sales so far in Decatur in November 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Jalil Jones, was the only registered voter residing at 37 Allen Bend Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
