On Nov. 4, Kalpit A. and Saloni K. Premani sold their home at 783 Spyglass Blvd., Forsyth to Roger R. Dwinell (trustee), Debra G. Dwinell (trustee) and Dwinell (trust) for $270,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $5,550.80, 2.06% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $270,000 on Jan. 23, 2007.

So far in November 2021, this is the only property that sold in Forsyth as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Saloni K. Premani has been registered to vote since 2016. Kalpit A. Premani has been registered to vote since 2016.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
