On Nov. 1, Paul and Elizabeth Hassinger purchased a home at 5745 W. Rock Springs Road, Blue Mound from Gregg and Dana Meisenhelter for $365,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $4,351.96, 1.19% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Blue Mound so far in November 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Dana F. Meisenhelter has been registered to vote since 2006. Gregg A. Meisenhelter has been registered to vote since 2008.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 5745 W. Rock Springs Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lindsay L. Ryterski, 40, Dana F. Meisenhelter, 42, Erin E. Ryterski, 44, Gregg A. Meisenhelter, 43, and Korrin K. Ryterski, 42.
