On Oct. 27, Vincent G. and Kayla Salmieri purchased a home at 351 Hackberry Place, Decatur from Amanda Kremer Frazier (formerly known as) for $158,000.

In 2017, the property tax paid for this property was $3,064.12, which is 1.94% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $114,000 on Nov. 17, 2011.

This property is one of two sales so far in Decatur in October 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Amanda N. Frazier has been registered to vote since 2012 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including six Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 351 Hackberry Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Michael R Frazier, 44, and Amanda N. Frazier, 45.
