This home last sold on April 5, 2005 for $135,000.

So far in October 2021, two properties sold in Decatur.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Chad A. Hill (53) has been registered to vote since 2006.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
