On Oct. 18, Zaw W Phyo and Myat Kay Khaing Thwin purchased a home at 943 W. Forsyth Road, Forsyth from Anuradha and Sunil Krishna Kolluru for $256,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $5,084.44, 1.99% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on March 7, 2013 for $219,500.

This property is the only sale in Forsyth so far in October 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Rebecca Talley, was the only registered voter residing at 943 W. Forsyth Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
