On Oct. 1, Louise S. Bradbury (trust) and Steven J. Bradbury (trustee) sold their home at 1804 N. Florian Ave., Decatur to Norris P Smith for $115,000.

In 2017, the property tax paid for this property was $1,607.64, which is 1.4% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of two sales so far in Decatur in October 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Louise S. Bradbury (90) has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least 13 primary elections, records show, including 12 Democratic Primaries and one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
