Mount Zion median home prices rose by 9.3% in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Mount Zion rose by $13,150 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,900 - a 9.3% increase over the $141,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Mount Zion in November 2020.
