August 2021: Home prices in Mount Zion increased

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Mount Zion rose by $90,050 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $209,950 - a 75.1% increase over the $119,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Mount Zion in August 2020.

The median sales tax in Mount Zion for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,068, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
