The home at 429 E. Washington St., Maroa was sold on Jan. 10 by Michael W. Co-Exr and Leslie Co-Exr Day, Pamela Co-Exr Vogel and Maurice W. Day (deceased) for $59,000. The buyers were Randy O. and Michelle L. West.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $891.36, 1.51% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, two properties sold in Maroa.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Maurice W. Day has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least 15 primary elections, records show, including 15 Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 429 E. Washington St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Maurice W. Day, 85, and Nancy Belle Day, 82.
