The second half of 2021: Home prices in Oreana increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Oreana rose by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $93,000 - a 14.8% increase over the $81,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Oreana in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Oreana for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,873, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
