On Jan. 18, Janice K Roddis purchased a home at 421 Park Place Court, Forsyth from Franklin D. Limer for $220,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $3,106.08, 1.41% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on April 29, 2016 for $166,000.

So far in January 2022, nine properties sold in Forsyth.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Franklin D. Limer has been registered to vote since 2017.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
