January 2022: Home prices in Forsyth increased

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Forsyth rose by $33,500 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $301,000 - a 12.5% increase over the $267,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Forsyth in January 2021.
