The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $5,517, 2.16% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 3, 2017. It last sold for $238,000.

So far in February 2022, this is the only property that sold in Forsyth as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Adam K. Lewis has been registered to vote since 2016. Cynthia M. Lewis has been registered to vote since 2016 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
