CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The Board of Education of Okaw Valley Community Unit School District #302 was called to order at 1:00 P.M. at 303 West Raymond Street, Sullivan IL, 61951, Rm 5 by Board President Bartimus with the following Board members and administrators present: Tim Rothrock, John Vander Burgh, Grant Tice, Greg Dickens, Chelsea Beery, & Kent Stauder. Absent: Tracy Ryherd, Heidi Vander Burgh, Ross Forlines, & Matt Shoaff.

It was moved by Tim Rothrock seconded by Greg Dickens that the Board of Education adjourn at 2:55 p.m. Voice vote: All voted aye. The motion carried.
