The home at 537 N. Carolina Ave., Decatur was sold on Feb. 16 by Phillip M. and Michael Wayne Reuben, Yvonne Charlotte Dorsey and Sarah Ileane Jordan for $50,000. The buyer was Phillip M. Reuben.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $176.60, 0.35% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, 43 properties sold in Decatur.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Phillip M. Reuben has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including three Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 537 N. Carolina Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Opal L. Reuben, and Phillip M. Reuben, 62.
