On March 11, Jeremy and Kristine Tolladay sold their home at 209 S View St., Oreana to Joshua Scott Lorenz and Riley C. Donelson for $129,900.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $2,069.06, 1.59% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, this is the only property that sold in Oreana as of this publication.
