Long Creek home prices rose in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Long Creek rose by $68,500 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 56.4% increase over the $121,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Long Creek in February 2021.
