On March 15, Sam Christopher Olson and Gabrielle Ann D Sia purchased a home at 430 Elm St., Mount Zion from Douglas A. Grier for $200,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $3,561.24, 1.78% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on July 10, 2017 for $179,900.

So far in March 2022, 10 properties sold in Mount Zion.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Douglas A. Grier has been registered to vote since 2016 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 430 Elm St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Douglas A. Grier, 68, and Kenna Ann Hutton, 38.
