Laundrell D Muex acquires 1204 E. Moore St., Decatur

The home at 1204 E. Moore St., Decatur was sold on March 22 by Edith Riggins (estate administrator) and Annie Sue Currie (deceased) for $22,500. The buyer was Laundrell D Muex.

This home last sold on Aug. 4, 2006 for $25,000.

So far in March 2022, 76 properties sold in Decatur.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Annie S. Currie has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including six Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1204 E. Moore St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Annie S. Currie, 81, and Chloe A. Currie, 27.
