Clinton Community Unit School District 15 Board met April 19.

Here is the agenda provided by the board:

1. Call to Order

2. Recognition of Guests and Visitors and public participation

A. Jeff Bowling will address the board regarding the naming of a facility

B. Grace Clark, Dewitt County Farm Bureau – pollinator field project

3. Consent Agenda

A. Approve the minutes of the March 15 regular meeting open and closed sessions.

B. Financial Information – Imprest Fund, Petty Cash Report, Treasurer’s Report, Investment Summary, Insurance Pool Report, Transportation Report, Activity Fund Report, Cafeteria Report and Bills.

C. Accept and approve the following resignations

- Cory Trabue as district transportation coordinator and mechanic effective April 1

- Candy Hart from Douglas food service effective immediately

- Marla Menter from CJHS library effective March 24

- Hannah Skaggs Reeser as CES custodian effective March 17

- Corey Guidry as CES 4th grade teacher effective end of the year

- Lisa Hacker as CES special education teacher effective end of the year

- Lee Deal as CHS Ag/FFA teacher effective end of the year

D. Approve the following employments and appointments

- Vic Binkley head varsity boys’ basketball effective immediately

- Lindsey French, CES teacher as co-coach for CJHS cross country

- Mally Hickman freshman volleyball

- Eric Smith as transportation maintenance 5 hours per day

- Marie Lotta CHS math for 2022-23

- Alyssa Saulsbery CHS social studies for 2022-23

- Levi Nettles CHS math for 2022-23

- Kaitlyn Blake CHS English for 2022-23

- Courtney Layton CES 2nd grade for 2022-23

- Amelia Busby CES aide effective immediately

- Barb Lester CHS food service starting April 19

- Cheryl Briggs CJHS food service April 11

- Caisie Bazer and Joe Scanavino as freshman sponsors 2022-23

- Jeff Bell from 8th grade girls’ basketball to 7th grade boys’ basketball 2022-23

A. Resolution authorizing approval and execution of Clinton Station Real property Tax Assessment Settlement Agreement and Intergovernmental Agreement (action item)

B. CHS softball spring break trip for 2023 (action item)

C. GAPP – student exchange program presented last month (action item)

D. Consolidated District Plan (action item)

E. Construction bids (action item)

1. CJHS masonry (possible action, if vetted by the 19th)
