ROLL CALL - Call to order 7:13 pm
Jean Munson, Maria Dent, Pam McMillen, Brittany Wentworth, Katherine Brodbeck, Michelle Sawicki (Director)
REMARKS FROM PUBLIC - n/a
BILLS / Grant bills - Motion to approve bills by Maria, Pam seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
TREASURER’S REPORT - Accepted the January report to file for audit.
SECRETARY’S MINUTES - Brittany motioned to approve the minutes from the last meeting. Pam seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
LIBRARIAN’S REPORT - Michelle gave the librarians report.
BUSINESS
January Financial Report - The board reviewed the January financial reports.
Economic Interest Statements - Michelle provided instructions and definitions to help each board member complete the statements.
Discuss New Library Layout - Members walked the current library layout and discussed the changes that will happen when the new circulation desk arrives. Jean provided a blueprint of the library that helped to show the new layout.
Person of the Month - Angela Solomon for being our biggest fan on social media.
