Meeting was called to order at 6:00pm by Chairman Ferguson.
Roll call was answered by: Newberg, Prestigaard, Riddle, Tilley, Wickenhauser, Carter, Ferguson, Houser, Kaymmeyer, Matthews, Myers. Absent Pruser.
Motion by Ferguson second by Houser to appoint Richard Hardesty to the Farmer City Fire District. Aye: Newberg, Prestigaard, Riddle, Tilley, Wickenhauser, Carter, Ferguson, Houser, Kaymmeyer, Myers. Motion carried.
Motion by Ferguson second by Tilley to reappoint Joe Witte to the RPC with terms set to expire April 30, 2025. Aye: Newberg, Prestigaard, Riddle, Tilley, Wickenhauser, Carter, Ferguson, Houser, Kaymmeyer, Myers. Motion carried.
Motion by Ferguson second by Myers to reappoint Mark Nunnery to the RPC with terms set to expire April 30, 2025. Aye: Newberg, Prestigaard, Riddle, Tilley, Wickenhauser, Carter, Ferguson, Houser, Kaymmeyer, Myers. Motion carried.

Motion by Houser second by Wickenhauser to approve the purchase of a new Case IH Maxxujm 125 and Bush Hog 2815 from Central Illinois Ag in the amount of $107,500.00 Aye: Newberg, Prestigaard, Riddle, Tilley, Wickenhauser, Carter, Ferguson, Houser, Kaymmeyer, Myers. Motion carried.

Motion by Tilley second by Kaymmeyer to pay Warner Hospital claim in the amount of $6,357.90 for COVID testing from the ARPA funds. Aye: Newberg, Prestigaard, Riddle, Tilley, Wickenhauser, Carter, Ferguson, Houser, Kaymmeyer, Myers. Motion carried.
Motion by Tilley second by Kaymmeyer to join HGACBuy Co-operative purchasing program. Aye: Newberg, Prestigaard, Riddle, Tilley, Wickenhauser, Carter, Ferguson, Houser, Kaymmeyer, Myers. Motion carried.
Motion by Tilley second by Kaymmeyer to pay $1500.00 premium pay to the corrections, patrol and dispatch employees along with the jail administrator, Chief deputy and 911 dispatch supervisor.
Motion by Prestigaard second by Kaymmeyer to amend motion to add Premium pay to be paid out of ARPA funds. Aye: Newberg, Prestigaard, Riddle, Tilley, Wickenhauser, Carter, Ferguson, Kaymmeyer, Myers.
