Warrensburg-Latham Community Unit School District 11 Board of Education met July 25.

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

President, David Munson, called the special meeting of the board of education to order at 5:30 p.m.

Members present by roll call vote were: David Munson, Clay Sellmeyer, Nathan Wentworth, Victoria Williams and David Zazke.

Absent: Colleen Dickerson

Other present consisted of Recording Secretary, Teresa Bailey

A motion was made by Mr. Clay Sellmeyer and seconded by Mrs. Victoria Williams to adjourn to closed meeting at 5:31 p.m.. All members present voted aye. Motion carried.

The Board of Education returned to regular meeting at 5:33 p.m.

President, David Munson, asked if there were any visitors that would like to address the board at which time there were none.

President David Munson administers the Oath of Office.

Mr. David Zazke nominated Mrs. Tory Williams for the Office of Vice-President. Mr. Nathan Wentworth nominated Mr. Clay Sellmeyer for the Office of Vice-President. Four in favor of the Office of Vice-President raise their hands. Victoria Williams 4 Clay Sellmeyer 1.

The secretary reports the vote is 4 in favor of Victoria Williams. By receiving the majority of the votes cast, Victoria Williams is elected Vice-president of the Board of Education.

A motion was made by Mr. Nathan Wentworth and seconded by Mrs. Victoria Willians to adjourn the July 25, 2022 special meeting of the Warrensburg-Latham CUSD#11 Board of Education at 5:41 p.m. All members present voted aye. Motion carried.
