After a 6-2 start to the 2022 season, the Big Blue women's volleyball program received 69 votes in the latest American Volleyball Coaches Association Division III Poll.
Millikin heads into their College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin opening matchup at Elmhurst University on Wednesday, September 14 after a big weekend at the UW-Oshkosh M.V.P. Invitational. The Big Blue took down previously ninth ranked UW-Whitewater in four sets and defeated a solid UW-Oshkosh squad in five sets on the second day of the tournament.
Unanimously atop the list of teams is one of the Big Blue's losses, Claremont-Mudd-Scripps. Millikin's only other loss so far this season came against UW-Stevens Point, who currently ranks 21st on the AVCA's list.
