5. Special Thank You – 2022 Board Chair Bill Voyles
6. New Business:
A. Nomination and election of Chair (meeting turned over to newly elected Chair)
B. Nomination and election of Vice Chair
C. Terms of Board Members (2 or 4 years)
D. Re-organization of committee members and chairs.
E. Approval of Committee definitions and responsibilities.
F. Motion to approve calendar setting dates, times and locations for Committee meetings and County Board meetings.
G. Approval of following Board’s Rules of Procedures and Robert’s Rules of Order.
