*Motion to approve December 29, 2022, County Board Meeting minutes. APPOINTMENTS:

LAND USE: Report given by Mr. Carter. For discussion and possible action:

*No recommendations

PUBLIC SAFETY: Report given by Mrs. Myers. For discussion and possible action:

*Motion to direct the State’s Attorney to give notice to Farmer City, Clinton and Wapella of DeWitt County’s intent to terminate Intergovernmental Agreements for animal control services.

PROPERTY: Report given by Mr. Ferguson. For discussion and possible action: *No recommendations.

ROAD AND BRIDGE: Report given by Mr. Prestegaard. For discussion and possible action:

*Motion to approve the Joint Funding Agreement and Resolution for the Revere Rd project.

*Motion to approve the County 2023 MFT General Maintenance Resolution.

MARINA: Report given by Mr. Matthews. For Discussion and possible action:

*Recommend change to #15 of the Slip Renters Agreement by inserting “weather permitting” in the first sentence.
