Warrensburg-Latham District Office, 430 W North Street, Warrensburg, Il President, David Munson, called the regular meeting of the board of education to order at 6:00 p.m.
Members present by roll call vote were: Greg Hale Jr., RJ McKenzie, Clay Sellmeyer, Nathan Wentworth, Victoria Williams, and David Zaske.
Absent: David Munson.

Vice-President Victoria Williams asked if there was any public comment at which time there was none.

A motion was made by Mr. Clay Sellmeyer and seconded by Mr. Greg Hale Jr., to approve the consent agenda containing approval of monthly financial reports, minutes, special meeting minutes, approval of executive session meeting minutes and destruction of recordings as presented. All members present voted aye. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Mrs. Victoria Williams and seconded by RJ McKenzie to approve the bills for payment for July 2023 as presented for payment. All members present voted aye. Motion carried.
Supt. Cheryl Warner presented information regarding Monthly Financial Update.
A motion was made by Mrs. Victoria Williams and seconded by Mr. David Zaske to approve the July personnel addendum as presented and pending satisfactory background checks. All members present voted aye. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Mrs. Victoria Williams and seconded by Mr. David Zaske to approve the recording secretary compensation as recommended. All members present voted aye. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Mr. Greg Hale and seconded by RK McKenzie to set the annual budget hearing for September 20, 2023. All members present voted aye. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Mrs. Victoria Williams and seconded by Mr. Nathan Wentworth to approve the lease agreement with American Capital/Advanced Digital for district photocopiers for 5 years as presented. All members present voted aye. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Mr. Clay Sellmeyer and seconded by Mr. RJ McKenzie to approve the IASB Press 112 updates as presented. All members present voted aye. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Mrs. Victoria Williams and seconded by Mr. David Zaske to approve the Board Agreements intended to guide Board members in adhering to the Board’s Code of Conduct and each Board member’s Oath of Office as created at the board retreat on June 12, 2023. All members present.voted aye. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Mrs. Victoria Williams and seconded by Mr. Clay Sellmeyer to approve the recommended revision to the Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent as presented. All members presente voted aye. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Mr. Clay Sellmeyer and seconded by Mr. RJ McKenzie to adjourn the July 26, 2023 meeting of the Warrensburg-Latham CUSD#11 Board of Education at 7:09 p.m. All members present voted aye. Motion carried.
