Village of Warrensburg Village Board met Nov. 6.

CALL TO ORDER:  Mayor Pro-tem Hackl opens the meeting at 5:30 P.M.

MAYOR’S COMMENTS:  Letter from Congresswoman Nikki Budzinski regarding a Lunch & Learn with USDA Rural Development

PUBLIC COMMENTS:

NEW BUSINESS: Discussion and possible action: 121 Coffee Run request for reimbursement for TIF project; One Tree – Many Branches Community Christmas Tree Lighting December 9, 2023

ENGINEERS: Discussion and possible action:  Milano & Grunloh will hold a public hearing on Nov 20 @ 5:15 pm regarding water main project;

REVIEW/APPROVAL OF MINUTES:  Approval of October 16, 2023 regular session minutes; Approval of October 16, 2023 closed session minutes

VILLAGE ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK: Discussion and possible action:  Balance sheet, bills and transfers for November 6, 2023;

FINANCE: (P. Hood) Discussion and possible action:  Closed session to discuss the selection of a person to fill the vacancy in the office of board president pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(3).  FY23 Audit communication to the Board presented by Sikich was incorrect year; need to receive and file amended FY23 report; Report of the Personnel Committee

BUILDING: (B. Netherton) Discussion and possible action:  Nothing

POLICE: (D. Fisher) Discussion and possible action:  Nothing

Chief Wheeler:  Discussion & possible action:  Monthly report; Consideration & action on Christmas Lighting contest

WATER: (S. Freeman) Discussion and possible action:  Brake pads & rotors for Ford F250 truck
