•    ALA Grant – Libraries Transforming Communities update

o    Diabetes Self-Management Program began Feb. 8th and will be held on 6 consecutive weeks at the library 1 – 3:30 pm – This program is sponsored by the ALA Grant in partnership with the Macon County Health Department – Starting Point.

•    Personnel Committee Meeting Update

•    Disaster Policy Meeting Thursday, Feb. 22nd at 3:30 pm.

NEW

•    Rev Terry McDorman has requested that we sponsor with other community businesses to hold Midwest Fiber to have a shred day cost for the Library would be $175.

•    Donation from Rareseeds.com

•    Cardinal Tickets for giveaway program

•    Logo Contest is underway.

•    March 5th – exercise test program

Library Staff Activities/Programs Update

•    Diabetes Self-Management Program starts Feb. 8th at 1pm for 6 weeks.

•    Virtual Members Day Feb 8th – Virtual Training all staff, all day

•    Small Pubs Meeting Feb 13th 10 am – Vicki

•    Fat Tuesday 2/13/24 Treats at the Library

•    Mental Health First Aid Training – Feb. 15th all day – Lori

•    Serials Class Feb. 15th 10 am – Vicki

•    Book Club Meeting 4pm Feb. 21st
