Disaster Policy Meeting was held on Thursday, Feb. 22nd at 3:30 pm. Plan was reviewed with changes in progress.

ALA Grant – Libraries Transforming Communities Round 1 update
Diabetes Self-Management Program will conclude on March 14th – This program is sponsored by the ALA Grant Round 1 in partnership with the Macon County Health Department – Starting Point.
Aging Actively through fall prevention and functional fitness movement Class was held Tuesday March 5th and was an overwhelming success with 25 participants. We plan to continue some type of wellness program – plans are in the works.
This program is sponsored by the ALA Grant Round 1
Medicare Educational Health & Drug Plan Meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 27th at 6 pm.
This program is sponsored by the ALA Grant Round 1
ALA Grant – Libraries Transforming Communities Round 2 was awarded in the amount of $10,000 to the Library on Feb. 14th.

Material handling machine will be used within 6 months.
