*Motion to approve the February 22, 2024, County Board meeting minutes.

APPOINTMENTS:

*Motion to appoint the following individuals to the ETSB for the terms specified below:

-Randy Furman for 4 years ending on the last day of March 2028

-Andy Hedrick for 2 years ending on the last day of March 2026

-Jeff Kiesling for 3 years ending on the last day of March 2027

-Brian Miller for 4 years ending on the last day of March 2028

-Mike Walker for 4 years ending on the last day of March 2028

-Tyler Yokley for 2 years ending on the last day of March 2026

*Motion to appoint Russell Pearl to the Board of Trustees for Farmer City Fire Prot. Dist for a 3- year term beginning the 2nd Tuesday of May 2024 and ending the 2nd Tuesday of May 2027.

LAND USE: Report given by Mr. Carter. For discussion and possible action:

*No Recommendations.

PUBLIC SAFETY: Report given by Mrs. Myers. For discussion and possible action:

*Hire/appoint EMA Coordinator.

PROPERTY: Report given by Mr. Ferguson. For discussion and possible action:

*Motion to accept the bid from Jason’s Lawn Service in the amount of $30,300.

*Motion to purchase a capacity size commercial washer and dryer for $15,555 and $7,200 for plumbing with a 50/50 split of the cost out of donations and contingencies with 50% of any additional donations going back to contingencies.

*Motion to replace the panic alarm system at the County Building at a cost of $7,840.00 utilizing

ARPA funds.
