City of Clinton City Council met June 13.

Special Meeting
Minutes of the special meeting of the City Council of the City of Clinton, Illinois in session in the Fire Department Bay, Friday, June 7, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. On roll call, Commissioners Wise, Ballenger, Buchanan and Acting Mayor Edmunds via telephone.
Jim Arndt with Arndt Municipal Support Inc. came before council for the second half of the strategic planning session. The session involved a vision setting exercise, mission setting exercise, organizational values setting exercise, executive management teams departmental goal refresher, goal/objective setting exercise and and alignment exercise. Arndt thanked council for their time and said he would have a plan ready for the within the next week and ready to present at a council meeting in the future.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to come before the Council, a motion was made by Commissioner Ballenger and seconded by Commissioner Buchanan to adjourn the meeting. On Roll call vote, Commissioner’s Wise, Ballenger, Buchanan and Acting Mayor Edmunds voted “Yes.”
