- Submitted the IL State Historical Records Grant Program for 2025.

- Illinois State Archives scholarship grant for Joann Glacken to attend theAccessibility in Archives and Special Collections class on May 22, 2025received notification of award on May 1, 2025.

NEW

- Elsie Zindel Memorial designee made to South Macon Public Library.

- Approval of the 2025/2026 Library Board Meeting Dates.

- Approval of Non-Resident card fee – recommendation to leave it at $75 ayear.

- Introduce Adanya Johnson new Library Clerk/Community EngagementAssistant.
