On Sunday, March 23, former St. Teresa High School standout Lula Sassano’s current college team, the Missouri S&T Miners, won 9-6 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the McKendree Bearcats.

The game took place at Bearcat Field. This was their second matchup against the Bearcats this season.

The Miners’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 28 at 1 p.m. at S&T Softball Field against Indianapolis Greyhounds.
