On Saturday, March 22, former St. Teresa High School standout Lula Sassano’s current college team, the Missouri S&T Miners, won 5-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the UIS Prairie Stars.

The game took place at UIS Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Prairie Stars this season.

The Miners’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 22 at 2 p.m. at UIS Softball Complex against UIS Prairie Stars.
