10.Appointments by Chair:

a. Motion to appoint Arlon Long as County Board Representative to the Regional Superintendent of Schools board.

b. Motion to appoint Paul J. Yoder to the office of Commissioner of the Cadwell Drainage District of the County of Moultrie, Illinois. Term to be retroactive to the first Tuesday in September 2025 and expires the first Tuesday in September 2028.

c. Motion to appoint Stephen E. Gingerich to the Moultrie, Coles, and Douglas Drainage District of the Counties of Moultrie, Coles, and Douglas, Illinois. Term to be retroactive to the first Tuesday in September 2025 and expires the first Tuesday in September 2028.

d. Motion to reappoint Richard “Dick” Isaacs to the 708 Mental Health Board. Term to begin December 1, 2025 and end November 30, 2028.

e. Motion to appoint Kyle Wickline to the 708 Mental Health Board. Term to begin December 1, 2025 and end November 30, 2028.

a. Motion to approve Treasurer’s reports for August 2025.

b. Motion to approve all claims as presented.

c. Motion to approve Chiller Bid from King Lar for a Carrier System in the amount of $86,500.00

d. Motion to remove Sarina VanMeter as an authorized user for the Assessment Office credit card.

e. Motion to add Kena VanMater and Angeline Nelson as authorized users for the Assessment Office credit card.

f. Motion to approve allocation of $8,000.00 to CEFS for Fiscal Year 2026.
