Analysis: Greater Decatur SNAP participation costs fell 2.74 percent over two years

The welfare office in Decatur saw food stamp costs drop by 2.74 percent from January 2015 to January 2017, according to a Macon Reporter analysis of 66 Illinois welfare offices.
