Q1 real estate sales report: Oakley

Median prices rose in Oakley over last year, and are up 27.6 percent over 9 years, adjusted for inflation, according to first quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From January to March, 3 homes sold in Oakley for a median price of $206,500. That's 14.7 percent higher than median home sale prices for the first quarter of 2017.
