Ready to quit smoking? Join us at Warner Hospital beginning in January 2019 for an American Lung Association Freedom from Smoking Group Clinic.
Over the course of 8 weeks, we will set a quit date together, build a quit plan and learn tips on how to stay smokefree for good. Sign up by calling us at 217-937-5284 or email us at events@warnerhospital.org.
