How did James Root spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Republican James Root's election campaign committee, Root for Sheriff, spent $3,231 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Root's committee spent the most on t-shirts in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,701) going to Embroidme in Forsyth. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Root's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
