Long Creek home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Long Creek rose by $31,000 while total sales decreased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,500 - a 33.5% increase over the $92,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Long Creek in the third quarter of 2016.
