Argenta-Oreana Public Library District Board met March 14.
Here is the minutes provided by the board:
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 PM by President John White. Library Board members present Jackie Goeppinger, Matt Honnold, Aaron Klepzig, and Trudy Smith. Also in attendance were Donna Schaal, Library Director and Bradley Irwin, Assistant Library Director. Barbara Light was absent.
The meeting was closed at 5:01 PM pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(11). The closed session portion of the meeting was recorded as per the Open Meetings Act. We returned from closed session at 5:53 PM.
A motion was made by Matt Honnold, Treasurer, that a sample settlement agreement between AOPLD and the churches be drafted by Ann Pieper.
This motion was seconded by Aaron Klepzig.
A roll call vote was taken:
John White, President – Aye
Jackie Goeppinger, Vice President – Aye
Matt Honnold, Treasurer – Aye
Aaron Klepzig, Trustee – Aye
Trudy Smith, Trustee -- Aye
The next meeting will be on Monday, March 25, 2019, at 4:30 PM at the Argenta Building.
John asked for a motion to adjourn the meeting. Aaron moved to adjourn the meeting. Jackie seconded the motion. The motion passed with all ayes. The meeting adjourned at 5:56 PM.
