There were two offenders convicted of crimes against children released on parole near Illinois zip code 62526 during 2018, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by the Macon Reporter.

The data shows that a man and woman were released in 62526. The younger parolee was a 41-year-old man sentenced in 2007. The other was a 42-year-old woman sentenced in 2014.

The offender who was incarcerated the longest was Robin R. Frazier. She was convicted of a crime against one or more children in 2014 when she was 38 years old. She is now 42.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
