e. Motion to approve the Resolution for the sale of parcel 04-04-35-000-307 by Moultrie County, as Trustee, to Marrowbone Township Cemetery for $2,026.00 for the disposal of said property through the sealed bid auction process.

a. Discussion on construction of expansion building on the ground east of the jail that is currently owned by the County.
