Oakley home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Oakley fell by $48,500 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $166,500 - a 22.6% decrease over the $215,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Oakley in the second quarter of 2017.
