NEW BUSINESS--Ordinances and resolutions for initial consideration
A. Ordinance 1056 adopting the De Witt County comprehensive plan
B. Resolution 2020-54 A resolution amending 2021 meeting dates as required by law.
C. Approval of payout #7 to Leander Construction for $53,722.42.
D. Ordinance 1057 setting fee for insufficient funds check returns.
E. Discussion regarding 2021 pool fees.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (2) Collective negotiating matters between the public body and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees.
5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (29) Meetings between internal or external auditor and governmental audit committees, finance committees, and their equivalents, when the discussion involves internal control weaknesses, identification of potential fraud risk areas, known or suspected frauds, and fraud interviews conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards of the United States of America.

F. Resolution 2020-55 entering into a collective bargaining agreement between the Fraternal Order of Police and the City of Farmer City.
G. Resolution 2020-56 Accepting and placing on file the financial statements and supplemental information and report of the independent certified public accountants for the fiscal year ended April 30, 2020.
